The basis on which this website is provided.
This website is operated by TalkingByte Pty Ltd (ABN 82 638 785 234) under its registered business name AU-CES, trading as AUCES (Australia Career & Education Service) (“AUCES”, “we”, “us”). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Nature of the information on this site
The content on this website is general information and education only. It is not legal, migration, financial, clinical or professional advice, and it is not advice about your personal circumstances. It does not create a professional or advisory relationship between you and AUCES.
Requirements set by regulators, assessing authorities, education providers, examination bodies, government agencies and employers change over time. Where we publish time-sensitive information we will show a review date and link to official sources, but you must always rely on your own official correspondence and the current instructions of the relevant organisations, which take precedence over anything on this site.

AUCES is not, and does not represent itself as, a regulator, assessing authority, registered migration agent, accredited or registered training organisation, examination body, recruiter or employer, and is not endorsed by, affiliated with or acting on behalf of any of them.
AUCES does not determine or influence any person’s registration eligibility, qualification recognition, examination eligibility or result, visa or migration eligibility, admission or employment, and gives no guarantee about any such outcome.
3. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where any paid product or service is offered in future, its own terms, inclusions and refund arrangements will be published clearly before purchase.
4. Limitation of liability
